Biography:
She graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed her residency training at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ in 2000. Upon graduation, she went to the central coast of California to practice for two years but returned to Phoenix in 2003 to join Southwest Women’s Care now known as Southwest Contemporary Women’s Care. Dr. Balk is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner.

Biography:
She is a board certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with many years of experience in the care of women. She was born and raised in Massachusetts and moved to Tempe, Arizona where she has made her home. While Dr. Kimmel has always had an interest in science, her love of outdoors inspired her to pursue an early degree in Forestry from Northern Arizona University.
